By using this website you agree to these terms, to the extent that applicable law gives effect to them. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here, with the "Last updated" date shown at the top of the page. Continuing to use the site after a change means the updated terms apply to that later use. A change is not applied retroactively to something that already happened.

This site exists to provide:

• information about Multani Traders LLC and how it works

• information about our brands, including our own private-label brand

• information about the products we develop and sell

• information about the services we offer

• a way to ask us about a product, and a way to contact us about a business opportunity

It is not a shop. There is no cart, no checkout and no payment processing on this website, and submitting a form here does not buy anything. Where a product can be purchased, the site links you to the marketplace that sells it.

We aim for our product descriptions, images, specifications and availability to be accurate and current. Product ranges change, stock moves, specifications are revised by manufacturers and photography is updated, so information on the site may become out of date between the moment we publish it and the moment you read it. We may correct or change product information at any time, and we may add or withdraw a product.

Nothing in these terms permits us to describe a product in a way that is false or misleading, or to omit something that would make a description misleading, and nothing here is intended to reduce the protections you have under Maryland consumer protection law or any other law that applies. If something on this site looks wrong, tell us and we will look at it.

Images are illustrative of the product they accompany. Colour and scale can appear differently between screens.

The optional assistant uses artificial intelligence provided by Anthropic and product-search technology provided by Voyage AI. Its answers are generated automatically and may be incomplete, mistaken or out of date. They are general information about our business and published catalogue, not a quote, promise, professional advice, order confirmation or contract.

Do not enter personal, payment, confidential or sensitive information in chat. Use the Contact Us or product inquiry form when you want us to receive your details and reply. Verify important product or purchase information on the product page and the marketplace before acting on it.

Please do not try to extract hidden instructions, credentials, database information or administrative material, bypass the assistant's safety controls, or use it to access information outside its stated purpose.

When you submit a product inquiry, you are asking us for information and asking us to get in touch. That is all it is. In particular:

• it is not an order, and it does not create a contract of sale between us

• it does not commit us to any price, and no price is quoted on this site

• it does not reserve stock or guarantee that the quantity you asked about is available

• it does not oblige us to accept the inquiry, supply the product or enter into a business relationship

If we do go on to agree a sale or a supply arrangement with you, that agreement will be made separately and on its own terms. The same is true of a message sent through Contact Us: it starts a conversation and nothing more.

Please send accurate information in a form, do not submit a form on someone else's behalf without their knowledge, and do not include confidential or sensitive information in a message. What we do with what you send is described in our Privacy Policy.

Some products on this site are bought on a third-party marketplace, and the purchase action takes you there. Once you leave this website, the purchase happens on that platform and is governed by the terms that apply there — including its checkout terms, payment processing, shipping and delivery, cancellations, returns and refunds, and its privacy policy. We do not operate those platforms and we cannot change how they work.

This is about which terms govern which transaction; it is not a disclaimer of our own responsibilities. Where we are the seller of a product on a marketplace, our obligations as that seller continue to apply, under that marketplace's terms and under the law — and nothing on this page limits them. If you have a problem with something you bought from us there, you are welcome to raise it with us directly as well.
